Narcotics Anonymous is not affiliated with other organizations, including other 12 step programs, treatment centers, or correctional facilities. As an organization NA does not employ professional counselors or therapists nor does it provide residential facilities or clinics. Additionally, the fellowship does not provide vocational, legal, financial, psychiatric, or medical services. NA has only one mission: to provide a environment in which addicts can help one another stop using drugs and find a new way to live. One of the ways we do this is by taking Presentations into hospital and correctional facilities where the addict cannot leave to attend a Narcotics Anonymous meeting. To become a member of the Hospitals & Institutional Subcommittee attend the next H & I Subcommittee meeting on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Kettle Restaurant in Bryan (Texas Avenue).
